Is this a subscription?
Only if you choose one. Citation building, cleanup and map stacking are one-time prices: you pay once, we do the work, you keep everything — the listings, the logins and the report. The two monthly programmes on this page, off-page SEO and social media engagement, are the exception: they are ongoing work billed every month and clearly marked as such, and you can cancel either at any time from your account. Nothing one-time ever renews.
What happens after I pay?
Checkout runs through Stripe, and you get an order page plus a confirmation email straight away. We start from the details you gave in the order form — for most packages the only thing we genuinely need is your website or Google Business Profile URL. Delivery lands within the turnaround shown on the package, with a report listing every URL we created or fixed.
Do I own the listings you build?
Always. Listings are created under your business's identity, and every login we create is handed over with the delivery report. Nothing sits in an agency account you would have to ask us for later.
Which package should I pick?
If your details are inconsistent across the web, start with cleanup — building new citations on top of wrong ones amplifies the confusion. If your record is clean, pick the citation tier that matches your market's competitiveness, and add map stacking if you serve an area rather than a single address. Unsure? Can you build the biggest package in my country?
Not everywhere, because the number of real directories differs by market. The United States supports up to 1,000 listings for one business, the United Kingdom around 300, Canada and Australia roughly 250–300, and most other countries up to about 100. If you order above your market's ceiling we will tell you before starting and move you to the tier that fits, refunding the difference — we would rather do that than pad a count with directories nobody reads.
Can I add more later, or mix packages?
Yes. Every order can bolt on extras at checkout — more citations in blocks of 100 or 200, any map stacking package, a Google Drive stack, unique descriptions and more. And a later order simply continues where the first ended; there is no penalty for buying in stages.
What is your refund policy?
Plainly published, no small print: see the refund policy page for exactly when a refund applies and how to request one. If an order has a problem, tell us first — most issues are fixable faster than a refund clears.
